Frozen precooked cassava also known as Attieké is one of the main staples in Ivory Coast cuisine. It's made from Cassava, which is granulated so it becomes like couscous in texture. You usually eat it with your hands.
The taste is mild and a little bit sour almost like wheat couscous. It can be served with almost anything as a side dish (fry fish, sauce, bake chicken or fish, fry plantains, sautéed legumes).
