Cooking instruction: 1. The attieke volume and water must be identical. 2. Mix the attieke and the water in bowl. 3. After the total absorption of the water by the grains, put the attieke in microwave during 2 to 3 minutes or to heat it in a couscous steamer while stirring with a fork. 4. Your attieke is ready, serve it warm or cold. Eat with accompanied appetite of fish, meat or a good sauce tomato.
